Dropout housings and pinion supports are found in differentials with removable center sections such as the popular Ford 9 Inch, Ford 8 Inch, Chrysler 8.75”, and more. Aftermarket dropouts and pinion supports feature stronger materials and larger bearings for higher strength. Both are available in nodular iron for maximum strength and durability, or heavy duty aluminum for reduced weight. All are available with custom gear ratio, positraction/locker, and spline count options.
