DIFFERENTIAL FABRICATION

Fabrication is where all custom and performance differentials begin. We offer many various types of fab. work for differentials such as narrowing, re-tubing, bracket installations, and even heavy duty full-float spindle replacement. With our experienced fab. staff, you can be sure that we’ve got you covered when it comes to building things to last.

SPINDLE REPLACEMENT 

   Spindle replacement is a huge cost saver for full float differentials when a wheel bearing wipes out a spindle. We not only manufacture, but also install our own line of MD spindles for most of the common full float differentials out there such as GM, Ford, AAM, & Dana. Our MD spindles are CNC machined and perfectly aligned into each housing before being welded for a strong, permanent fix….not just a “repair”.


DIFFERENTIAL NARROWING

 Narrowing a differential is one of the most popular fabrication services we offer. Whether you are retro-fitting a diff. or just wanting to make more room for fatter tires, we can help you get to the diff. dimension you need at a very affordable price. 

DIFFERENTIAL RE-TUBING

 Re-tubing a differential is an option that often gets overlooked. If your diff. is either bent, covered in brackets that aren’t necessary, or just needs to be wider, we can install brand new DOM seamless heavy-wall tubing. 

AXLE CUT AND RE-SPLINING

We offer axle shaft re-splining service for almost every type of shaft with a 1-2 day turn-around. Alloy or stock, front or rear, we can shorten and re-spline your axle shafts.
